Frequently asked questions
Do I need such a channel?
The Polish Whistleblower Protection Act of 14 June 2024 requires an internal reporting channel from entities with at least 50 people performing paid work on 1 January or 1 July, counting civil-law and B2B contracts. In finance, AML, transport and environmental protection the duty applies regardless of headcount. Details in the knowledge base.
How long does setup take?
A few minutes. You create an account, set the logo, colours and responsible people in the wizard, and publish the link. No technical knowledge.
Is the reporter truly anonymous?
Yes. The reporting page stores no IP address, loads no external resources and does not track. The reporter uses a case number and PIN, without an account, and the team never sees their activity. In end-to-end encryption mode, content and identity are encrypted with a key that stays with you, so neither the operator nor a partner can read them.
Where is the data stored?
Exclusively in the European Union (Warsaw and Frankfurt), encrypted in transit and at rest, with backups inside the EEA. Cases are kept for 3 years from the end of the year in which they were closed; after that the system deletes them itself, and deletion can be held in the panel for 30 days, with an entry in the audit log.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, at any time. You test for 14 days with full access. Annual or monthly billing, in PLN or EUR (you choose the currency before the first subscription), with a VAT invoice after every payment.
I run a law firm or MSP. Can I resell it?
Yes. In the partner model you set up client accounts under your own brand. Every new client gets a 7-day trial without a card, and you decide on activation. The discount grows with the number of clients, and you never see report content; case metadata only when the client switches it on.
I have several companies in a group. What do I pay?
Each company is a separate account and a separate subscription sized to its headcount, because each is a separate employer with its own register. People from head office need no extra accounts: a company invites them, and they switch between companies from one login. With several companies, consider the partner model with a discount from 15% from the first company.
